It's been a while since I ordered and still have not received my items. What's the deal?
- Check your email for status updates. Sometimes items are back-ordered and can take a few days to a few weeks till we receive new inventory.
- Check your selected shipping method. Discounted and USPS Standard Post can take up to 12 business days, and although packages are still moved on Saturdays, they don't get very far, consider Saturdays a half day.
- For international orders: First Class mail has no guarantee and even Priority shipments are just estimated. Allow 30 days from the time of the order before you expect us to contact the postal service about your package.
I'm looking for a specific item but you don't seem to have it. Can you get it?
Yes! Our company has access to literally hundreds of thousands of products that we do not list on the site simply because it is not practical to carry it all in our inventory. Just give us a call or send us an email with the specific product details and we'll respond as soon as it's available for purchase, which usually only takes a few days! Oh, just make sure it's related to something outdoors or for preparedness.
Where is your store located? I can't find it!
Sorry, we currently do not have a physical location for customers to walk in and browse inventory. We sell only online and at trade shows, however you can pick up items you have already ordered. Give us a call so we can arrange a pick up time.
Do you ship international?
Yes! You can even calculate the shipping costs before check out. However, sometimes international orders may be cancelled (with notice) due to a variety of circumstances such as custom's regulations (different for each country) and potentially unsecure transactions.
